7 dimensions, 9 indicators, giving you a complete understanding of your water quality.
The detection radar chart visually displays 7 dimensions—COD, TURB, TOC, GH, EC, TDS, and UV254. Based on these 7 dimensions, the water quality is scored, allowing you to intuitively understand the quality of the water being tested.
Upon entering the detailed page, the specific values of 9 water quality parameters are displayed:
TOC (Total Organic Carbon): Reflects the total organic content in water, including humic substances, domestic wastewater, etc. Organic matter in water provides a growth medium for bacteria, viruses, and other microorganisms, impacting water safety.
COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand): Indicates the level of organic pollution in the water. Organic matter may provide nutrients for bacteria and viruses, affecting water quality safety.
TDS (Total Dissolved Solids): Represents the total amount of dissolved substances in water, including minerals, salts, etc. High TDS can result in poor water taste and may impact health.
Turbidity: Measures the amount of suspended particles in water, such as silt, algae, and bacteria. Murky water may indicate contamination of the water source, affecting both water safety and taste.
GH (Hardness): Refers to the concentration of calcium and magnesium ions in water. Hard water can lead to scale buildup, affecting pipes and appliances, and may also impact water taste and health.
Salinity: The concentration of dissolved salts in water. Excessive salinity can have negative health effects, especially on kidney function.
EC (Electrical Conductivity): Represents the total concentration of dissolved ions in water. High EC typically means higher mineral content in water, which may affect both taste and health.
UV254: The absorbance of water under UV light at 254nm, reflecting the organic content in water, especially the presence of pollutants such as chemicals and organic contaminants, which affect water safety.
Water Temperature: The temperature of the water.
